Prawn Group owns software companies.

We hold two of them: HelloBusy and Solid Two Studio. Each was started here rather than bought, each runs under its own name with its own product and its own customers, and each is held for the long term. Prawn Group takes on no outside work and sells nothing of its own.

Our companies

Support, billing and press for each company are handled by that company, not by Prawn Group.

Approach

Own, don’t flip. We keep what we own. There is no fund, no outside investor and no exit date, so nothing forces a sale.

Home-grown, not bought. The companies here were started from scratch rather than acquired — buying one later is possible; it isn’t the model.

One company, one job. Each company serves one kind of customer and is judged on its own. There is no shared roadmap and no requirement that the companies work together.

Pay for itself. A company is expected to cover its own costs. What the group spends comes out of what the group earns.

Small on purpose. The parent stays thin. We hold the companies, fund them, and otherwise keep out of the way.

The company

Prawn Group LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company, formed in 2026. We are privately held and have taken no outside investment.

Prawn Group is a holding company only: we have no products, no customers and no clients of our own. Each operating company is a separate business, responsible for its own agreements, its own support and its own customer data.
